  • We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days.
  • We offer free shipping on all orders over $250 within Canada
  • For orders under $150, we charge a flat rate of $5.99 for shipping within Canada.
  • International shipping is available at a flat rate of $35
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
  • Delivery within the GTA and local pickup is also an option.
  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at inthingsshop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and must not have been used or damaged.
  • Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us at inthingssshop@gmail.com with photos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
