Shipping policy

• We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days.
• For orders under $250, we charge a flat rate of $25 for shipping within Canada.
• For orders over $250, we charge a flat rate of $35 for shipping within Canada. 
• USA orders under $250, we charge a flat rate of $40 and $70 for over $250 
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
• Delivery within the GTA available for $18 for 10km or less and $30 20km or less. over 20KM please contact us or see shipping details.
• Expedited shipping is also available in Canada starting at a flat rate of $50 for under $250 and $70 for over $250 orders. 
• Free Local Pick-up available at checkout! 

Return Policy:

• We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
• To initiate a return, please email us at inthingsshop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and must not have been used or damaged.
• Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
• Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us at inthingssshop@gmail.com with photos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on availability.
  
• We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
